This sacred concept is really unique and special. We invite you to rent our 10x10 chapel space for your very own uninterrupted spiritual practice. Prayer, meditation, yoga, exercise, intuitive dance/movement, Reiki and more. Drop in and relax in the vibes of the space and allow yourself to be in a state of peace.
Get movin and flowin without anybody knowin or calm your body and mind for just a moment. Whatever you are feeling we have you covered.

Cat Yoga and More!
We absolutely LOVE CATS!
You will see them in our boutique, and you may also want to participate during our Cat Yoga classes if you wish. These gatherings are great for all ages. Class is about an hour long as we visit with the cats, pet the cats and then stretch with the cats. All shapes and strengths welcome. You do not need to be a pro yogi to attend. We keep it fun and simple for all.
